Rajesh Shirakol, Founder & CEO of RREN Consultants & Contractors Pvt. Ltd., leads the organisation as its Principal Consultant. He is a highly qualified Structural Engineer with an M.Tech in Structural Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur.
With over two decades of industry experience, Rajesh specialises in delivering optimised and sustainable structural designs across concrete, steel, composite, and precast construction systems. His expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and advanced structural simulation techniques enables the delivery of technically sound and efficient engineering solutions for complex projects.
Before founding RREN, Rajesh successfully contributed to the delivery of over 40 million square feet of building projects. His strong focus on sustainability, structural performance, and engineering innovation continues to shape the organisation’s approach to Structural Consultancy, Structural Design, and long-term infrastructure development.
As the driving force behind RREN, Rajesh continues to inspire a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning, helping deliver engineering solutions that stand the test of time.
Nidhi S. Shetti, Founder Director & Chief Operating Officer of RREN Consultants & Contractors Pvt. Ltd., holds a B.Tech in Construction Technology from CEPT University, Ahmedabad, and a Post Graduate qualification in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune. She is also an alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Entrepreneurship Program at NSRCEL, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
With over one and a half decades of experience in project management, Nidhi specialises in project operations, cost control, budgeting, and people management. Her professional journey includes working with leading project management consultants, including Colliers International, and reputed real estate developers, where she successfully managed numerous commercial and high-rise residential developments.
Her process-driven approach, strong leadership, and commitment to operational excellence have played a key role in shaping RREN’s organisational culture. Passionate about empowering people and recognising good work, Nidhi continues to foster an environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
