Tom is an M.Tech graduate in Structural Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai, who combines practical site experience with strong design expertise. With a keen eye for detail, he ensures precision and reliability in every project at RREN.
As a Design Engineer, Tom has played a key role in identifying structural issues during inspections and due diligence visits. His work on projects such as the structural assessment of buildings near an underground metro system deepened his understanding of complex structural behavior-knowledge he confidently applies today.
At RREN, Tom leads design responsibilities with ownership and accuracy. Having grown from being cautious in client interactions to becoming a trusted single point of contact for high-rise projects, he now ensures timely delivery while supporting his team through critical deadlines.
Outside of work, Tom is a passionate sprinter whose discipline and perseverance mirror the same commitment he brings to engineering. His adaptability, technical acumen, and collaborative spirit continue to strengthen RREN’s design team.
