Charan, a BE Civil Engineering graduate from HKBK College of Engineering, is a dynamic and committed Site Engineer who quickly made his mark at RREN. With prior internship experience, he adapted swiftly, bringing both technical skill and a cheerful, team-driven spirit to the field from day one.
He has independently handled critical tasks across multiple sites, consistently showcasing ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving under pressure. His strong collaboration with on-site technicians ensures the timely and effective execution of every project.
Charan is always ready to step in when needed, often covering for teammates and ensuring work continues smoothly. His proactive approach and sense of responsibility have made him a trusted team player across departments. Known for his vibrant and engaging personality, Charan is the first to initiate workplace celebrations and boost team morale. A standout gesture was his thoughtful creation of digital sketch portraits for all female colleagues on Women’s Day, reflecting his inclusive and creative nature.
Outside of work, he enjoys watching movies and riding classic bikes. Affectionately regarded as the youngest at heart, Charan continues to inspire with his dedication, kindness, and infectious enthusiasm.
