Rajesh Shirakol, Founder & CEO of RREN Consultants & Contractors, leads our organization as the principal consultant. He is a highly qualified structural engineer with an M.Tech (Structural Engineering) from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. With over two decades of experience, Rajesh specializes in optimized and sustainable designs, covering various materials, including Concrete, Steel, Composites, and Precast. His expertise in Finite Element Analysis and advanced simulation techniques adds significant value to our projects.
Rajesh boasts a proven track record, having successfully delivered over 40 million square feet of buildings before the inception of RREN. His emphasis on sustainability and structural fortification has been a hallmark of his career. As a driving force within our team, Rajesh inspires excellence and innovation, significantly contributing to the transformation of the structural engineering landscape.
Nidhi Shetti, Founder Director of RREN Consultants & Contractors, holds a B.Tech in Construction Technology from CEPT University, Ahmedabad, and a Post-Graduate in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune. Being a very passionate entrepreneur she is also an alumnus of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women at the NSRCEL, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
With over one and a half decade of Project Management experience, Nidhi specializes in Project Operations, Cost Control, People Management and Budgeting. She has gained expertise through her work with renowned Project Management Consultants like Colliers International and leading developers in the city, successfully overseeing numerous commercial and high-rise residential/commercial projects.
Nidhi’s process-based approach, compassion, and philanthropic spirit, combined with her appreciation for good work, inspire her team to exceed their limits, fostering a culture of excellence and productivity.
